Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Nature's Touch Skincare. We take pride in crafting high-quality, natural, handmade soap bars and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we have specific policies in place.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used soap bars for hygiene and safety reasons. All sales of opened products are final.
Unopened/Unused Products: We accept returns of unopened, unused soap bars in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it. Please note: We require 1-3 business days to process orders, so your return window begins from the delivery date, not the order date.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@naturestouchskincare.ca with your order number and photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete details on lost, stolen, or delayed packages and our replacement procedures.
Quick Summary:
• Lost in transit (before delivery): Contact us within 7 days. We will file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
• Lost/stolen after delivery (tracking shows "Delivered"): We will send a replacement at our cost, but you will be responsible for shipping fees.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (unopened only), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable
• You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs for any unopened item returns
• We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns of unopened items
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at support@naturestouchskincare.ca with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the address to send your unopened items.
Exceptions
Custom orders or soaps made specifically for you (personalized scents, colors, etc.) cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged upon arrival.
Allergies & Skin Sensitivities
Since our soaps are made with natural ingredients, we recommend checking the ingredient list carefully before purchasing. We provide detailed ingredient lists on every product page.
We cannot accept returns due to allergic reactions or skin sensitivities, as individual responses to natural ingredients vary. If you experience an adverse reaction to a product, please discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, please review our ingredient lists or contact us with questions before ordering. We're happy to help you choose alternative products that may be better suited to your skin type.
