Our Commitment
At Nature's Touch Skincare, we carefully handcraft and package each order with love and attention. Our goal is to get your beautiful, natural skincare products to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment. As all our soaps and skincare products are made in small batches by hand, this time ensures we can quality-check and carefully package your items.
Orders placed on weekends or Canadian holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations & Rates
We are proud to ship across Canada, to the United States, and to the United Kingdom.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. You will see your exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Estimates
We ship via Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS for domestic orders. For US and UK orders, we use the most reliable and cost-effective service available (often Canada Post's International services or UPS).
- Within Canada (Standard): 5-10 business days
- To the USA (Standard): 7-14 business days
- To the UK (Standard): 10-20 business days
- Expedited Options: Faster shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Please note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or holidays. During peak seasons (holidays, promotional events), processing and delivery times may be extended.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey. You can also check the status by logging into your account on our website.
Duties, Taxes, & Customs for International Orders
Canadian Orders: All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). GST/HST is applied at checkout as required.
United States & United Kingdom Orders: You are responsible for any and all customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country after the package arrives. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Nature's Touch Skincare does not collect or control these charges and cannot predict the amount. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Package Insurance & Lost Packages
Carrier Coverage
All shipments include basic carrier liability coverage for loss or damage during transit:
- Canada Post (domestic): Up to $100 CAD
- UPS (Canada & USA): Up to $100 CAD/USD
- Purolator (Canada): $2.00 CAD per pound of package weight
- USPS (USA): Up to $100-$200 USD depending on service
- DPD (UK): Up to £60 GBP
Lost or Stolen Packages After Delivery
Once your tracking information shows "Delivered," the package is considered successfully delivered by the carrier. Nature's Touch is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery confirmation.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please:
- Check with neighbors, household members, and building management
- Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
- Check around your property (porches, side doors, mailrooms)
- Contact your local post office with the tracking number
Tip: For high-value orders, we recommend selecting signature confirmation at checkout for added security.
Replacement Policy
If your package is confirmed lost or stolen after delivery, we're happy to send you a replacement order at our cost. However, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fees for the replacement shipment. Please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date to arrange a replacement.
Claims for Packages Lost in Transit
If your tracking shows the package is lost before delivery (not moving for 7+ days or marked as lost by the carrier), contact us within 7 days and we will file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Damaged Items
Your items are packed with great care. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@naturestouchskincare.ca with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will promptly resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping will be at the customer's expense.
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery of your package, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs plus any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
Unopened and unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for complete details. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used skincare products or opened soap bars.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
